Castle In The Wood
Germany's Neuschwanstein Castle was built in the nineteenth century and sits above the village of Hohenschwangau, outside of Fussen. It has been a source of inspiration for many less creative architects than Eduard Riedel who designed it on a commission from Ludwig II of Bavaria.
