Khimki Forest Understory
The Khimki Forest contains old growth woodlands with mixed arboreal species in and around the city of Moscow, Russia. It is thick with forest elements including berries and numerous herbs. Foxes, wild boars and elk roam here along with numerous bird varieties including herons and ducks around water and small small falcons overhead. .
